Tracy Nutt is the co owner of ServiceMaster of Sudbury and Build North Construction. She is a long time resident of Sudbury, having been born and raised here. She attended Cambrian College as a night school student and acquired an accounting certificate. She and her husband and business partner Tony were married in 1979 and have two sons. Brandon is 26 and lives in Los Angeles where he works in the film industry and Andrew is 23 and is finishing his degree at St Mary's University in Halifax.
ServiceMaster is a franchise service company which performs Janitorial, Commercial and Residential cleaning services as well as Insurance Restoration. It was purchased as an ongoing business in 1987. Build North Construction has been in business since 1985 and has evolved from a small residential renovation company to a premier commercial general contracting company whose most recent project of note is the completion of the new, state-of-the-art Valley View Public School for the Rainbow District School Board. Presently Build North Construction is building the Sudbury Hospice among other projects.
Tracy had volunteered for many years with Scouts Canada starting as a Leader and ending as District Treasurer. Most recently her volunteer work has been with the Chamber as a Board member as well as a member of the Advocacy Committee.
ServiceMaster of Sudbury has been a member of the Chamber since 1970.
